  Love coming here! The place is a little small so I hope they expand soon! But food and drinks are good!!!

  Rude!  And every option for seating was denied!  
  
  I had heard that this was the way this place was from reading reviews and friends, but dismissed it.
  
  Waste of my time.  They serve only those they choose!  I will see if they are part of the BBB and file a complaint.
  
  We were told that you are to receive better service downstairs vs. upstairs.  After we chose upstairs, we were told it wasn't even an option!  We then sat at an unoccupied table and then told that that table was reserved!   No reserve notice on that table, nor will they seat you where you've asked AFTER they've offered you seating wherever you choose.  That was the only table open for seating!
  
  Obnoxious service at this so called bistro.  One star given only as one star was the only option-same as no service offered.
  
  No wonder they have more negative, only one star, reviews!!!  
  
  Thank goodness there are other better choices and food options!

  Mira! Southwest Benedict, waffle chicken, omelet, mimosa, lemonade. All amazing! Pricing was a perfect match to this French style/Queen of England/Baby Dollhouse inspired eatery. Todo Perfecto! We will definitely return.

  Yes disappointed with my recent visit to Birdie Bistro. We came by on a Saturday morning for brunch and were very excited because all of the reviews for this place seemed great! To begin with, the decor in the restaurant is just weird. It's like half whimsical tea house but also half cafe but also has a random cardboard cut out of the queen of England?? The brunch menu itself only has like 13 options on it and they are all your typical brunch items. I ordered the eggs Benedict and my boyfriend ordered the chicken and waffles.
  The eggs Benedict looked promising when it came out. But it wasn't as described on the menu AND the poached eggs were completely hard boiled. The breakfast potatoes were okay but kind of cold. My boyfriends chicken and waffles looked and tasted like it had been sitting out and got cold and was just microwaved before being brought to the table. Our waiter never came back to check on us or ask if we needed anything. Very disappointed and won't ever be returning.

  Birdie Bistro is such a cute and chic place. Great mimosas! Breakfast is pretty tasty. Customer service is good, pretty attentive servers.
